The advisors who are available for live chat have a "Let's Chat" button under their listing. You may want to browse through the listings of a few of the available advisors, view their profiles, and compare their ratings.

Chat sessions are conducted directly through your web browser. We recommend using Google Chrome, as this browser works best with our platform. Our chat software is unique in that the advisor can see your text as you type. There is no need to click the "Enter" key for the advisor to see your text, however, you may wish to do so to create a reader friendly session transcript.

If the advisor is unavailable, the following message appears: 'Sorry! This advisor is not available at this time'. If you wish, you can send the advisor an email inquiry by clicking the "Send Email" icon.
