For LiveChat sessions you will be paid for the time spent in session, from the moment the client either clicked the "Hire" button, to when they clicked the "Quit Session" button. The duration of the paid session is indicated by a timer that is located below the text boxes of the chat window.
For Phone Sessions, you will be paid from the moment both parties are connected on the line until the client hangs up their phone. Provided that your session lasted longer than 15 seconds, the session fee, minus our service charge, will be added to your Pending Earnings as soon as the session ends.
Please note that all payments are made in US Dollars. Your payments can be sent via Payoneer or via PayPal.
