If you have hired a PrestoExperts expert during Live Chat which ended with a final fee, the transcript will be available to you at the end of the session. The transcript for sessions which do not go into hire mode are not available for you at the end of your session. 


To access your transcripts, please sign in to your PrestoExperts account and click on your Account Activity section using the Cogwheel (settings) button on the top right corner. 

Select the dates from the drop down menu to view your account activity from that period.


To view the transcript, click on the subject line, a dialog box will open. Click 'View Session Transcript' in the right hand corner.


If you hired a PrestoExperts expert for a Phone session, there will be no transcript of your spoken dialogue. However, if you chatted with the expert in the Chat tab of the Session Window, a transcript of this communication will be available to you in your Account Activity section at the end of your session for all paid sessions.
