Please be advised your phone answer rate has fallen below the minimum threshold of 70%. As a result, your option to offer phone session has been temporarily disabled. 

 

It is very important to be available to provide service to your clients. This is includes consistently answering when a client initiates a phone session.


Our system blocks the phone option completely in case you haven't picked up more than 70% of your calls, this is to prevent a case where something isn't working properly and you'll still present yourself as available to your clients. We ask that you make sure that you choose the correct number for when you are available, that the number won't be busy, and that there won't be an answering machine associated with that number.
