In order to conduct phone sessions, advisors are required to add and verify their telephone numbers.
To add your phone number please follow these simple steps:
- Log into your account
- Click on the My Kasamba icon located on the top right hand corner
- Click on 'My Profiles' on the right hand side of the screen you will see a box which says 'Methods of Consultation' and underneath is an option to 'Add Phone Number/Edit Phone Number(s)'. Simply click on this link, add your phone number and click the 'Verify Number' button.
- To verify your phone number, you will receive a pop up box on your screen with a 4 digit pin code simultaneously when your phone rings. Simply enter the 4 digit pin code and your phone number will be verified successfully.
PLEASE NOTE only phone numbers from Canada and the United States of America are accepted.
