PrestoExperts' service charge is applied on a per-session basis, after the client has been invoiced and paid the final session fee. Service charges are calculated as follows:

Live Sessions: 

Experts on PrestoExperts will be subject to a 38% service charge on all live chat sessions with clients received from PrestoExperts. Additionally, there is a $0.17 per minute connection fee which is applied to all sessions.

For clients which you bring to PrestoExperts you will not be charged the service charge. The only fee subject to the experts is the connection fee of $0.17 per minute.

Phone Sessions:

Experts in PrestoExperts will be subject to a 38% service charge on all phone sessions with clients received from PrestoExperts. Additionally, there is a $0.25 per minute connection fee which is applied to all sessions.

For clients which you bring to PrestoExperts you will not be charged the service charge. The only fee subject to the experts is the connection fee of $0.25 per minute.

Email Sessions: 

Service charges for e-mail sessions are calculated as a percentage of the final session fee, as illustrated below.
